He was predeceased by: his mother Annie G. Merriweather (Marvin). He is survived by: his wife Linda Hopper; his children, Shahn Dixon, Nichole Dixon (Nikki), Kristy Boazman (Desantez) and Rafael (Toby); his grandchildren, RaaShawn Gaskin, Nicklaus Dixon, Kennedy Boazman, Karter Boazman, Raphael Hopper, Hannah Hopper, Tianah Hopper, Ethan Hopper and JaKoda Evans; his aunt Mattie Davis; his uncles, Jerry Hambrick, Benton and D. Benton; his brothers-in-law, James Hopper, Charles Hopper and Ricky Hopper; and his close friend Zeb Tate. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
