He is survived by: his children, Felix Raul Monroy, Joshua Saldaña, Idania Monroy, Irma Monroy, Cristina Monroy, Silvia Monroy and Diana Monroy; and his siblings, Angel Monroy, Epifanio Monroy, Alicia Monroy, Yolanda Monroy and Candelaria Monroy. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren; as well as extended family.
