She was predeceased by: her parents, Dailon Phipps and Edna Norris Phipps; her brother Dale Phipps; and her sister-in-law Ann Cox. She is survived by: her husband Earl F. Fowler; her daughter Lisa Beach (James) of Gaffney; her brothers, Mike Phipps (Dianne) of Georgetown and Jeff Phipps (Judy) of Murrells Inlet; her grandchildren, Ashley Beach and Alyssa Ruppe (Jonathan); her great grandchildren, Caroline Elmore, Emiliana Ortega and Laine Ruppe; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Aiden Ruppe, Rileigh Ruppe, Nevaeh Ruppe and Gunner Ruppe.
