She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Osment and Ollie Henderson Osment; and her son Everette Mullinax III. She is survived by: her children, Donald Richard Mullinax (Bette) of Rocky Mount, NC, Mickey Mullinax (Tammy) and Teresa Mullinax Stafford (Jack) of Gaffney; and her daughter-in-law Melissa Mullinax.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Brookview Nursing Home, 510 Thompson St., Gaffney, SC 29340; or Agape Hospice, 100 N Limestone St., Gaffney, SC 29340.
