It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Duckett of Gaffney, South Carolina, who passed away on November 30, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Larry Duckett to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Medford Duckett and Effie Mae McBee Duckett; and his siblings, Leonard Duckett, Jr., James Orin Duckett, Jerry Pittman Duckett, Estelle Duckett Bolin, Virginia Grace Duckett Perry and Dorothy Ann Duckett.
He is survived by: his sister Deena Laughlin of Gaffney; his nephew Joey Perry of Spartanburg; and his niece Pam Wylie of Spartanburg.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Blakely Funeral Home (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341).
