It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kim Rebecca Buice of Gaffney, South Carolina, who passed away on January 9, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Tony Buice; her parents, Francis Hames and Ponese Hames; and her brother Hennis Hames. She is survived by: her children, Casey Buice of Gaffney, Tonya Turner (Dennis) of Gaffney and Tony Dixon of Gaffney; her grandchildren, Jalia Lindsay, Aria Lindsay and CJ Lindsay; her siblings, Deborah Lamb (Christine Chapman), Linda Fleming (Cedric), Alice Tyler, Virginia Owens (Wayne), Lynn Rhymer (Paulette Allison), Lee Hames (Jennie), Bobby Hames (Pattie) and Jerald Hames; and her aunt Doris Allison. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gordon Mortuary of Gaffney (211 E Frederick St, Gaffney, SC 29340). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
