He was predeceased by: his parents, W. C. "Fat" Cole and Thelma Workman Cole; and his brothers, Willard Cole, Sam Cole, Ralph Cole and Danny Wayne Cole.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Goodge Cole; his daughter Angela Dawn Cole; his sisters, Barbara Sue Rochester (David) of Gaffney and Marsha Cole of Gaffney; and his grandchildren, Seth Cole and Skyler Cole.
