She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Millen; her parents, Jimmy D. Scruggs and Lois Cowart Scruggs; and her brothers, John D. Scruggs, Wayne Scruggs and Bobby Scruggs.
She is survived by: her children, Barry Wayne Millen (Patty) of Gaffney, Brian Keith Millen of Cornelius and Cathy Millen Upchurch (James Dean) of Parrish, FL; her siblings, Michael Scruggs of Gaffney, Larry Scruggs (Bonnie) of Gaffney, Joyce Miller of Gaffney and Janice Yanello (David) of Gaffney; her sister-in-law Pearl Scruggs of Gaffney; her grandchildren, Abbie Grace Upchurch Crusan (Cade), William Millen, Hunter Millen and Galen Crusan; and her great grandchild Grayson Millen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
