He is survived by: his wife Donna Lynn O'Donnell of Fort Mill, SC; his son David O'Donnell (Jennifer O'Donnell) of Lincolnton, NC; and his grandsons, Matthew and Dylan. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Alzheimer's research in his honor.
