He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Ivey Earley; and his daughter Amber Sawey. He is survived by: his wife Angela Bailey Earley; his father James Henry Earley; his children, Austin Earley, Hannah and Cindy Earley; his brother James Earley (Rosa Lee); and his granddaughter Kinsley Moss.
