With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jane Thompson of Gaffney, South Carolina, who passed away on August 19, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James "Jim" Robert Thompson; her parents, Dr. John Jordan Stinson and Martha Jane Pattillo Stinson; her children, James "Jamie" Robert Thompson Jr. (Mai) of Chandler, AZ, Dr. Malissa Mathis (Joe) of Gaffney and Dr. Melanie Davis (Brandon) of Spartanburg; and her grandchildren, James Thompson III, Elyssa Thompson, Katelin Mathis, Jordan Mathis, Lauren Mathis, Tyler Davis, Savannah Davis and Cooper Davis.
