James Higgins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Higgins of Gaffney, South Carolina, who passed away on March 17, 2022 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Dean Higgins and Mary Frances Scruggs Higgins; and his brother David Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Angela Turner Higgins; his daughter Erica Higgins Phillips (Timothy) of Forest City; his brother Danny Higgins of Gaffney; his sister-in-law Lori Turner of Gaffney; and his granddaughter Isabel Phillips.
