She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Edna Davis Hughey; her stepfather Albert Hughey; her grandparents, John A. and Denora Sanders Davis; her daughters, Shelia Wood of Gaffney and Deborah McCluney-Dover of Gaffney; her son-in-law Jeffrey Dover; her grandchildren, Zeb Vance Wood II, Alex McCluney-Dover of Beirut, Lebanon and Denora Mullinax (Larry Ray Easler) of Gaffney; her great grandchildren, Zeb Vance Wood III, Averi Alexis Wood of Clemson, Tyler Mullinax, Sean Leonard of Gaffney and Johnathan Hughey of Greenville; her great great grandchild Travis Mullinax of Gaffney; her nieces and nephews, Michael Edwin Hughey of Gaffney, Barry Sanders of Gaffney, Sherry Hughey Brown (Timothy) of Gaffney and Connie Hughey Greene of Hollis; her great-nephews, Jason Hughey of Gulf Breeze and Kevin Eagle (Milissa) of Anderson; her great-niece MaKenzie Hughey of Gaffney; her close friend Emuel "Sonny" Pursley of Hickory Grove; her daughter Janice Gibson; her son-in-law Jon Zeb Wood; her siblings, Carl Edwin Hughey, Charles Wayne Hughey, Sybil Hughey Pursley and Betty Sanders; her caregivers, Dianne Fowler, Dorothy Morgan, Mary Beth Phillips, Janet Hemphill, Amanda Grigg, Shelby, Lynn Lawhon, Susie Owensby, Chris Wessinger and Michelle Broome; and also Joseph "Joe" McCluney.
