He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Turner and Loucretia Petty Turner; his son Allen Turner; and his sister Melanie Turner. He is survived by: his spouse Vivan Turner; his children, Mary Jane Shenk (Rodney) of Sarasota, FL and Richard Turner (Jonna) of Gaffney; his grandchildren, Kiersten Roach (Jason), Jared Turner, Jude Shenk, Maxx Shenk, Levi Turner and Lynnix Turner; and his siblings-in-law, Lucy Fowler, Sandra Grant, Rebecca Northey and Duane Thomas.
