He was predeceased by: his parents, James Evan Perry Sr. and Ruby Martin Coletrain; his former wife Blanche Manning Perry; and his son Jack Perry. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Lee White Perry; his children, Amy Espaillat (Francisco), Allison Perry and Elizabeth Long; and his stepchildren, Gwen Garner O, Jonathan Cummings and Nicholas Cummings (Rachel). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
