He is survived by: his children, Johnsie Zipporah Faye Woodruff (Elliot) and Franklin Primes Woodruff, Jr. (Ashia); his grandchildren, Melody A. Woodruff, Justin Primes Woodruff and Elin H. Woodruff; his nephews, Anthony "Snooky" Davis, Kenneth Davis, Keith Rice, Terry Rice and Earl Woodruff; his niece JoAnn Taylor; and his sister Sandra Woodruff Murphy.
