He was predeceased by: his parents, John McCullough and Catherine Millen; his brothers, Woody Millen and Johnny Millen; and his siblings-in-law, Rita Millen and Bobby Scruggs.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Scruggs Millen; his children, Barry Wayne Millen (Patty) of Gaffney, Brian Keith Millen of Cornelius and Cathy Millen Upchurch (James Dean) of Parrish, FL; his siblings, Earl Millen (Betty) of Gaffney, Gary Millen of Gaffney, George "Pete" Millen (Judy) of Gaffney, Mary Willis of Spartanburg, Pearl Scruggs of Gaffney and Elizabeth Sparks of Middleburg, FL; and his grandchildren, Abbie Grace Upchurch Crusan (Cade) of Sarasota, FL, William Grant Millen of Gaffney and Hunter Scott Millen of Gaffney.
