She was predeceased by: her husband Randolph Bettis (Ralph); her parents, McBride Gaston (Mack) and Mae Ellis Gaston; and her siblings, Ora Daniel Gaston, McBride Gaston, Jr. and Mary Juanita Green.
She is survived by: her son Larry Gaston Bettis (Stephanie) of Blacksburg; her nieces, Alice G. Higgins of Gaffney and Mary Alice Way (Tommy) of Jackson, Mississippi; and her nephew Dr. Charles Green (Margaret Green) of Augusta, Georgia.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the New Hope Baptist Church (2621 Blacksburg Rd, Grover, NC 28038). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
