She was predeceased by: her parents, Winnie Mae Anthony Phillips and Gaffney; and her sons, Billy Joe Duncan and Frankie Duncan. She is survived by: her daughter Becky Willard; her son-in-law Bobby; her grandchildren, Georgette Chandler, Casey Suarez (Jose), Trina Elliott (Steven), Kelly Campfield, Heather Nicks and Laycee Duncan; and her cousin Inez White. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
