With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Earnest Michael Jackson of Gaffney, South Carolina, who passed away on April 15, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Jackson and Ruby Fowler Jackson; and his siblings, Billy "BJ" Jackson, Talmadge "Jack" Jackson, Marshall Jackson, Mattie Thompson, Jean Jenkins and Gladys Crocker.
He is survived by: his children, Josh Jackson (Shannon) of Gaffney and Jessica Mosley (Brian) of Blacksburg; his stepdaughter Lisa Kelly (Joey) of Blacksburg; his siblings, Benny Jackson of Gaffney, David Jackson (Kristal) of Gaffney, Jimmy Jackson (Donna) of Blacksburg, Gerald Hames of Gaffney, Marjorie Peeler of Gaffney and Carol Ray of Gaffney; his grandchildren, Wyatt Jackson, Kyndal Jackson, Alex Turner (Kaitie), Kevin Turner, Brian Mosley, Macy Turner, Leighton Mosley, Justin Kelly and Keri Kelly; and his great grandchild Caroline Turner.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Blakely Funeral Home (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341).
