Doris Patterson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Patterson of Gaffney, South Carolina, who passed away on December 26, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse J. D. Patterson; her parents, Ernest A. Peeler and Dorcas Davis Peeler; her daughters, Jan Henson and Ann Allen; and her siblings, Ernest Peeler, Helen Peeler, Lois Bright, Dorothy Painter and Thelma Guthrie.

She is survived by: her son Rick Patterson; her sisters, Ruth McCoy of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Alice Baston of Gaffney; her grandchildren, Stacy Godwin (Shane), Heather Duncan (Joe), David Allen (Tasha), Dusty Patterson, Jamie Henson and Axton Patterson; and her great grandchildren, Will, Jace, Jaylen, Taylor, Paisley, MacKenzie and Harper.
