She was predeceased by : her husband Kenneth M. Moore Sr.; her parents, Virgil Waggy and Alma Simmons Waggy; her grandson David Moore; and her sister Ruth Harper.

She is survived by : her children, Kenneth M Moore Jr. (Patricia) of Fredericksburg, VA, Allen Moore (Michelle) of Fredericksburg, VA, Troy Moore (Jeannie) of Fredericksburg, VA, Glenn Moore (Mary Anne) of Fredericksburg, VA and Renee Shields (Chris) of Gaffney, SC; and her siblings, Eugene Waggy of Woodbridge, VA and Alease Simmons of Brooksville, FL. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, and 10 Great Grandchildren.

A burial was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the National Memorial Park in Falls Church (7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA 22042).
