He is survived by: his daughter Shelly Mayfield Grant (Steve) of Roebuck; his sister Kay Mayfield Perry (Buddy) of Marietta, GA; his grandsons, Mitchell Grant and Zachary Grant; and his caregiver Sandra Clark.
