He was predeceased by: his spouse Tanna Jo Norman Allison; and his parents, Doc Talmadge Allison, Sr. and Lorene Price Allison. He is survived by: his sisters, Joyce Deal of Gaffney and Patsy Whitesides of Gaffney; his nieces and nephews, David McBee (Brandy) of Gaffney, Bobby Dean Waldrop (Tammy) of Gaffney, Tammy Schaffer of Gaffney, Tina, Mike Blanton of Clover, Shelia Brenes of Spartanburg, Melissa and Mike Hill of Gaffney; and his brother-in-law Timmy Norman of Gaffney.
