He was predeceased by: his parents, McCoy Westbrooks and Virginia Sentell Westbrooks; and his brothers, Simp Westbrooks, Joe Dean Westbrooks and Gene Westbrooks.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Atkins Westbrooks; his son Jeremy David Westbrooks of Gaffney; and his sisters, Doris Henderson (Dale) of Chesnee, Faye Seay (Olin) of Boiling Springs, Barbara Hawkins of Gaffney, Gail Morrow (Tony) of Spartanburg, Joyce Taylor of Gaffney and Lynne Chavis (John) of Campobello.
