He is survived by: his wife Mary Patterson Bunch; his stepchildren, Michael Shane Burnett and Billie Mae Vaughn; and his siblings, Daniel Bunch of Utah and LaDonna Bunch of Utah. He is also survived by five step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
