He is survived by: his wife Carrie Blackwell; his children, David Blackwell of Gaffney, SC. and Ashley Blackwell (Tyler) of Grover, NC; his siblings, Todd Blackwell of Bessemer City, NC. and Lisa Mosley (Donald) of Blacksburg, SC.; and his pet Yoda. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
