He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Avant Foxx and Alma Elizabeth Ruppe Foxx; and his siblings, Max Foxx, Grace Kendrick and Irene Brown.
He is survived by: his daughters, Renee Crocker (John) of Gaffney and Pam Foxx (Michael Logan) of Greensboro, NC; and his brother Larry Foxx (Linda) of Gaffney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
