He is survived by: his wife Betty Parker Smiley; his children, Bobby Smiley, Jr. (Lisa) of Gaffney, David Fowler (Cindy) of Gaffney, Jim Fowler (Kevin Eskew) of Spartanburg, Diana Peterson (Bill) of Cowpens and Donna Smiley (Keith Sisk) of Spartanburg; and his siblings, Howard Smiley of Gaffney, Danny Smiley of Gaffney, Brenda Eich (Nelson) of Cowpens, Earlene Henry of Cowpens and Betty Addis (Baxter) of Cowpens.
