She was predeceased by: her parents, Mathilde Schallberger-Burch and Jakob Amann; her sister Hanny Schallberger; and her sisters-in-law, Theresa and Sina Schallberger.
She is survived by: her children, Beatrice Amann Rey (Karl) of Switzerland, Col. Franz Amann and Andreas Amann (Sharon) of Gaffney, SC; and her siblings, Hilda Schallberger of Kerns, Marie Louise Durrer-Schallberger (Leo) of Stans, Lucia Schallberger of Baar, Franz Schallberger of Weidlisbach and Peter Schallberger of Luzern. She is also survived by four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
