She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Eugene Spencer; her parents, Boyce "Bud" Scoggins and Vearl Martin Scoggins; and her siblings, Millard Scoggins, Dennis Scoggins, Vickie Humphries, Peggy Scruggs and Norma Lominick.
She is survived by: her son Ricky Spencer of Gaffney; her granddaughter Jennifer Outlaw (Brian) of Gaffney; and her great grandchildren, Allison and Cameron Outlaw.
