It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Smith of Gaffney, South Carolina, who passed away on February 17, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Anna Smith to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Hilliard Smith (Bill); her parents, James Grady Jones and Vivian Lee Jones; her daughter-in-law Nanda Bedenbaugh; her stepsons, Willie Smith and Roy Smith; and her siblings, Margaret White Patrick and Robert Lee Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. James Grady Bedenbaugh of Gaffney, Thomas Bedenbaugh (Diana) of Gaffney and Jana Duffield of Spartanburg; her grandchildren, Michael Chad Morris (Crystal), Kristina Venable (Chip), Brooke Bedenbaugh, Brenna Bedenbaugh, Jason Bedenbaugh (Teresa) and Dr. Chris Bedenbaugh (Kimberly Grey); and her stepgrandchildren, Chad Smith and Cameron Smith. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
