She was predeceased by: her husband Mark Richard Horne; her parents, Melbern Lloyd "Red" Horn and Bertie Marie Grant Horn; her children, Ronnie Dean "Gump" Gunnin, Jr., Phillip Dewayne Gunnin and Kristina "Krissy" Marie Gunnin; her siblings, Patricia Horton, Becky Hill and Buford Ming Horn; and her stepgrandchild Britnie Hadden.
She is survived by: her family Tim; her brothers, Earl Horn of Gaffney and Bobby Horn (Ann) of Cowpens; her grandchildren, James Dean "J. D." Thomas and Ava Gunnin; her stepgrandchildren, Lane, Cameron and Taylor Hadden; and her great-niece Neveah Pennington.
