She is survived by: her husband Michael Sims, Sr.; her children, Aja Hartley (Bryan), Shawnta Drummond (Tyrone) and Michael "Dontaz" Sims, Jr. (Deisha); her grandchildren, JaCori Sims, Jathan Hartley, Jasmine Hartley, LaNaiya Drummond, Rebecca Drummond, Michelle Drummond, Dreyton Sims and Azera Sims; her siblings, Burnethia Corley (Dana), Eddie James Perry (Charlette), Gloria Donald (Charles), Bruce Perry, Cynthia Goodwin, Diana Perry and Mary Perry (Jerri); and her siblings-in-law, Albert Sims, Mitchell Sims (Novia), Herbert Sims, Clara Williams, Ruby Sims and Gloria Day. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
