He was predeceased by: his brother James Bell; and his grandparents, Ruth Bell Bradford, James Hayes, Willie and Molly Polite.
He is survived by: his parents, James Anthony Polite and Norma Jean Bell (Kevin); his siblings, Denise Bell (Torrey) and Kenneth Bell (Christine); and his aunts and uncles, Janette Polite (Sylvester), Joeann Wilson, Barbara Snider (Christopher), Carol Sheriod, Cindy Goines (Blanding), Etta Stuckey (Freddie), Mark Bell, Ricky Bell and Robert Polite. He is also survived by two nieces; three nephews; three great nieces; three great nephews, and a host of great aunts and uncles, other relatives and friends.
In accordance with the COVID 19 guidelines, the family is requesting that face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during visitation at the home 46B Highland Avenue, Sumter.
