She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Walls and Lottie Walls; her sister Joyce Van Fossen; and her granddaughter Tiffany Tuten. She is survived by: her children, Joanne Madias (Nicholas) of Allendale, SC, John Rutledge of Grays, SC, Mary Crews (Larry Prince), Edward Rutledge (Toni Trent) and Amanda Tuten (Chip) of Furman, SC; and her siblings, Richard Walls Jr., David Walls, Leo Walls, Jean Strickland and Betty Dietz. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
