He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Arvin Weaver and Mary Louise Knight Weaver; and his siblings, Evelyn, Peggy Ann and Roger.
He is survived by: his wife Jenny Gibson Weaver; his children, Ashley Yarbrough (Todd) and Justin Weaver (Ashley); his brother Dan Weaver; and his grandchildren, Sawyer, Reagan Yarbrough and Ellie Weaver.
