She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Sullivan and Ruth Elizabeth Alverson Sullivan; her former husband Thomas Ollie Chesney; her husband Willie Gene Rewis; her siblings, Frank Bolden, Gene Bolden, Earline Lathan and Sara Alexander; and her son-in-law Charles Barrett.
She is survived by: her children, Dewayne Chesney (Tammy) and Debra Barrett; her sister Lucy Spillers; her grandchildren, Angela Garrett (Scott), Levi Chesney (Jen), Camron Chesney (Jill) and Delayne O'Donnell (Jacob); and her great grandchildren, Hannah Garrett, Lucy Chesney, Bailey Chesney, Brooklyn Chesney, Lucas O'Donnell and Holland O'Donnell.
