He is survived by: his wife Julie Ann Smith Tillman; his children, Andrew, Jennifer Tillman, Jonathan, Simon Tillman, Nick and Shayna Tillman; his siblings, Sue, Ed Wood, Julie and John Palazzolo; and his grandchildren, Addison Tillman and Ethan Tillman.
