She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tripp and Annie Huff Tripp. She is survived by: her husband Ligon Jr.; her children, Ligon King III (Kelly) and Julie Sutherland (George Dudley Sutherland III); her grandchildren, Linden Sutherland (Mandy), Lindsey Sutherland and Nathalie Sutherland; her stepgrandsons, Scot Murray (Tom), Hal Stephenson (Dustii) and Bruce Stephenson; and her great grandchild Daniel Thomas Murray.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to: Fountain Inn First Baptist Church, 206 N. Weston St., Fountain Inn, SC 29644.
