He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal Legette and Nellie Legette; his wife Linda Legette; and his siblings, Edna Hanson of Texas and Joseph E. Legette of South Carolina.
He is survived by: his children, Dixon L. Legette and Mary K. Mohn; his grandsons, Matthew Legette, John Legette, Timmy Legette, Luke Legette, Mark Legette, Neal Lohse and Alan Mohn Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Parker Lohse, Aubrey Lohse, Kace Mohn, Hadley Mohn and Anakin Legette.
