With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Poole (Fountain Inn, South Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 23, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Henry Allen and Elizabeth Pauline Lightfoot Allen; her brother Henry Allen; and her grandson-in-law Dan Williams. She is survived by: her husband Robert Carroll Poole; her children, Michael, Frances Poole, Allen, Dr. Shannon Poole, Dan, Lisa Poole, Keith and Nicole Poole; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Garrett (J. P.), Samantha Williams, Rosemary Carter (Jeremy), Stephen Poole, Brian Poole (Ashley), Jack Poole, Jacob Barber (Nervillia), Emily Franklin (Caleb) and Logan King; and also, Haley, Landon, Rosemary, Samantha, Fortunato, James, Jacob, Ethan, Ava, Landin, Clara Jane, Addie Kate and Eli.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Fletcher Funeral Service (1218 N Main St, Fountain Inn, SC 29644). Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 2:45 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:15 PM at the Rosemont Cemetery (807 Willard Rd, Clinton, SC 29325).
