He is survived by: his wife Ann Neal; his siblings, Carl Neal, Stephen Neal, George Neal, John Neal, James Neal and Alice Wellams; his children, Jennifer Neal-Kibbe (Michael) and Jeffery Neal; his stepchildren, Tina Nidiffer, Jeff Nidiffer, Tracy Atwood (Jack) and Sharon Thompson; his grandchildren, Levi Williams, John Page, Joey Page, Josh Moon of Aaron Kibbe, J. J, Neal, Jaycie Neal, Nathan Lewis, Ryleigh Lewis, Matthew Nidiffer, Emilee Montgomery, Makayla Atwood and Andrew Bridges; and his great grandchildren, Damon Page, Haley Page and Alana Prater.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cannon-Byrd Funeral Home (1150 N Main St, Fountain Inn, SC 29644). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
