He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Walter Garrison, Sr. and Leecy Phillips Garrison; and his siblings, B. W. "Buck" Garrison, Jr. and Inez Garrison. He is survived by: his wife Betty Marcelle Stallings Garrison; his son Brad Garrison (Lori); his sister Mamie Weisner; his grandchildren, Beklyn Gillespie (Jessy) and T. J. Garrison; and his great grandchildren, Hank Gillespie and Avery Gillespie.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering, IMB, 3806 Monument Ave., Richmond, VA 23230.
