He was predeceased by: his father Wallace James Coulter; his son Ellis Coulter; and his sisters, Gayle Johnson and Suzanne Harris. He is survived by: his son Chris Coulter; his granddaughter Sophie Coulter; and his stepson Greg Coulter. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
