It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kenneth Lamarr Johnson (Fountain Inn, South Carolina), born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on January 20, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennings Wallace Johnson and Theda Marlee Osteen Johnson; and his sister-in-law Brenda Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hamby "Pat" Johnson; his son Lance Johnson; his granddaughter Charlotte Johnson; his daughter Elizabeth Johnson; his brother Anthony "Tony" Johnson; his sister-in-law Katie Griffin; and his niece Lisa Davis (Steven).

“Dear Pat and family. I am at a loss of what even to say, as Ken became a great friend. . I met all of you about 15 years ago when I made my first trek south from Cleveland to a Clemson game. Who would have thought it would lead to a long-time friendship? My nephew Mike in Charlotte described Ken best when he said, "He was an awesome man." I agree, he was a good person, and it shows with the wonderful family he left as his legacy. God Bless all of you George Staursky”
