He was predeceased by: his father Joseph B. Turner Sr.; and his brother-in-law Mickey Davis. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Wentz Turner; his daughters, Beth Moore (Eddie) and Allison Wilhelm (Patrick); his grandchildren, Brice (Rachael), Douglas, Grace Moore, Davis and Leila Wilhelm; his great grandchild Evie; and his siblings, Sally Turner Davis and Thomas Watson Turner (June). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorials be made to your local Collie or Labrador Rescue in Joe's name.
