Bennefield of Fountain Inn, South Carolina, born in Pickens, South Carolina, who passed away on June 7, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Bennefield and Gladys Jamison Bennefield; and his siblings, Eda Manly, Viola Turner, Shirley Boggs, George Bennefield and Melvin Bennefield.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Bennefield, Darrell F. Johnson (Debra), Clarence Johnson, Timothy E. Johnson, Jefferey A. Johnson (Cynthia), Jacqueline F. Sims (Frederick) and Kimberly Johnson; and his siblings, Earnest Bennefield (Linda), Jack Bennefield and Dean Beeman. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
