It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Joseph Stewart of Fountain Inn, South Carolina, born in Bronx, New York, who passed away on March 11, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stewart and Mae Johnston Stewart; and his sisters, Ellen Masin and Mae Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Carol Edwards Stewart of Fountain Inn; his sons, Travis Stewart (Christina) of Mahopac, NY and James Stewart (Yvonne) of Chapel Hill, NC; his grandchildren, Liam, Gwendolyn and James Stewart; and his sister Jessie Shannon of Bayshore, NY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
