He is survived by: his sons, Michael Hollingsworth Matthew (Sue) and Clint Hollingsworth; his sisters, Debra Jackson (Ricky), Dee Woodward and Melissa Goodman; and his grandchildren, Jude Hollingsworth, Addyson Hollingsworth, Amelia Hollingsworth and Caroline Burnett.
